It means the car is due a service.

It help if you have the letters in the correct order.

INSP means inspection (service)

FYI Typing all in capital letters is regarded as shouting and is bad form.

Turn it off by key in ignition turn your trip re set button to the right(hold for 10 secs)with ignition on.IIRC.

INSP as mentioned is the car telling you it needs a full service, not just an oil change service which shows as OIL.

 

The instructions on how to clear this, is in the owners manual. However I am obviously not sure what page in the Egyptian manual to look for. The english instructions posted by Deadmau5 above will work, as long as you fully understand the english process.

Only way to tell service needed is the previous history mate.

 

If in any doubt do it all, fuel, oil+filter, air, pollen (big service).

 

Using something like Quantum semi synth 5w30 will do I think, I doubt they used long life on the 2004 cars.
