I have just joined as I'm looking in to buying a fabia vrs

I currently own a honda civic Jordan but now want to have a change as I have always liked fabias but never really looked in to them every I have loose at so far is good

Can look really nice with a few modifications

Now the only bad thing I have been told bout them is the turbo like to snap a shaft at around 100k

But what are they like for reliability will fuel pumps and injectors and thing like that

If I do buy one was just thinking a decat exhaust system air filter intercooler and a remap (if over a 100k then a new turbo what sort of bhp and fpot would I see from them bits and what would be the best parts to buy for it

If anyone has any info that would be great as I don't know much about theses
