Superb tyre wear - 170 4x4 elegance Feb 2013

I'm getting very envious looking at what you guys are achieving with your Greenlines.  Now I'm looking at my Conti Sport 2s (18s) with only 17.5k kms (10K miles) and they are well on their way down towards the indicator mark and mine isn't even a 4x4.  Don't think I'll be getting the 50k kms I got out of each set of tyres on my last Superb.

The Conti premium contact 2e tyres on the greenline although branded as an eco version are not like concrete either.  I have a motorsport tyre rubber compound gauge and while they are a harder compound than Conti Sport contacts they are not dramatically so and are a fraction softer than the highly rated Goodyear efficient grip which I used on a hire car recently.   I have no complaints about the grip level on the Premium contact 2e either.
