best place is corley services by junc.3 on the M6 going southbound obviously.

silverstone is off junc.15 or 16 on the M1 IIRC, theres a services there as well so we could meet up with others there and run the A roads into the circuit together.

DaveU - do you have details on the times we need to be there for yet? IIRC from last year the gates open to the public at 09:00 so you want to aim for about 08:00 getting there so you can get the stand and cars sorted. another thing to consider is the popularity of this show, the queues to get into the place have grown year on year. the earlier the better really. Last year some of the guys i spoke to had been in traffic jams for 2 hours !!!

i'll be heading down from scotland so i'm convoying down with a few mates who are with astrasport. we'll be heading down saturday afternoon so we can get there for about 10pm then have a laugh down there at night before the show

The same thing has happened with this as the sump guard and Nurburgring. A total lack of communication. You put your name down with the promise of a response/payment details or whatever to find that nothing of the sort happens, and you are left wondering what is going on. Payment details were supposed to have been sent 4 days ago. Are there any tickets? Is it booked? Is anybody on the list going?
