Ok so 2 of my track rims have hairline cracks in them (they are the rear ones) so the tyres go flat after a day or so, which is fine as being track only rims I only need them to hold air for a day at a time.

 

But I have 3 more rims (same type) but without cracks that need refurbishing.

 

So instead of just getting the 3 painted in the same grey as the others are, i'm now thinking of getting the 5 done in a bright colour as they will be for track only, I figured there is no harm in having them standout a bit

 

So what colours do you think will look good on 6 spoke audi TT rims, on a silver Octy vRS ?

Get some heavy flake made up. Good dark purple as the main then have large flake of 4 or 5 bright colours in there- will be seriously bright

You almost have bright wheels on track cars and drift cars IulianE- just makes them stand out in the photographs

Thanks for all the comments, i'm thinking green would be good, but the skoda green is probably not bright enough to give a good effect, it would have to be metallic, flake or florescent I think.

 

If I go with pink or purple then it would have to be propper candy pink and the purple would have to have a lot of flake to look right (really bright and deep) but i'm not sure the place that will be doing it, will be up for that but can always ask them.

 

Still open to other colour options though.
