I want to leave it in the Polo and running well at the moment.

When I'm ready it'll go to have the engine taken out and be sorted at the same time.

 

I don't want to have to take the engine out and put it in a Fabia, only to take it out again to get it turned into a 400bhp 2.0t.

Might as well take it out of the Polo, sort it out and sling it straight into the Fabia.

 

I'm getting ready.

Currently have both cars required, Wavetrac diff, pistons have arrived and waiting on a few other bits.

Also need to choose the turbo.

It'll look pretty much like it does now, just with a bit more poke.

I may put VRS bumpers and spoiler on so it looks like a FGF VRS but not decided yet.

That may make fitting a bigger intercooler a lot easier.

 

Track only cars are fun, a few times a year.

But the oppertunity to use them in anger are not enough to make them worthwhile IMO.

No point in a track only car especially as you've already got the track orientated Citigo and R32 and Yeti VRS, scare a few people with it

Citigo will be track only and I like having the others as road cars too.

Much better to have something brisk that you can use when the mood takes you.
