Just a thought, but when I look at intake pressure (010?) the atmospheric pressure and intake pressure are different, with intake pressure fluctuating by about +/-30. Does this point to MAP sensor wiring issue? (the sensor itself is new).

You have to add 100kpa to that +/-30kpa to get boost pressure which means you've got between 0.7 and 1.3 bar of boost when you're reading that which means your turbo is doing something.
