you don't have to thank me sir, I did my job. I love cars and it's nice I get to speak to people that enjoy cars also. It's good I get to drive them and see what's good and what's not. As it's not too far away from the point I come to change my car and the vrs estate is very appealing at the min.

Hope you enjoy you're new car, it's a beauty! Spotless an nothing reported from the docks! It's been checked 4 times.

The only 2 ports Skoda come into the country are sheerness and Grimsby.

So it's likely that you're car will come into the country through Grimsby. But it's down to a company called gba that release you're car for delivery. Not the dealers, or the company I work for.

 

Skoda vehicles are also shipped regularly from Emden to Tyneside, for delivery to the north of England and Scotland.  GBA handles all the Port of Tyne automotive operations for VW Group, and several other manufactures.

Dealer just called saying car has just been handed over to transport this morning.

when I got back to the docks this afternoon a seen one of the other drivers just leaving with a white hatch on and a blue hatch and also a white estate! All vrs. But I didn't get to ask him where he was going. But I do know he works out of landrover too on a trunk run. So he could well be goin to Liverpool as some of our driver love that way. I'll keep my eye open for you the best I can.

I deliver to Harrogate, so I'll keep my eyes open for that one. Will defo be one of us that deliver it too. The yellow one shouldn't be hard to spot so I'll keep my eyes out for that and soon as I see one goin over that way I'll give you a shout. Sadly, I don't go that far! But I can certainly tell you.. It'll be delivered on an 11+ transporter! As they are the only ones goin that way. If I see it loaded. I'll tell you what position it is on the truck for piece of mind and risk of damage etc.

i personally don't deliver to manchester, but our company do.. That also will be delivered on an 11+ truck. I shall keep my eye out for that too.

I must say though guys, it has been pretty quiet in the docks lately, hence why I haven't been posting a great deal.
