Hi. I'm new to the forum and here because really need some advice.

It seems all my electrics have failed. I turn the key and nothing happens - no lights on the dash, no turn over, no central locking or alarm light # just nothing!!

Any ideas would be really appreciated - I am not a car person, so don't know where to begin!

Battery? If it's totally flat I expect your central locking wont work either. Has the car been sat a while of could something have been left on?

Have you checked the battery terminals? also im not sure if the octavia is similar but my audi has a strip fuse in a small box attached to the positive terminal
