Just a thought:

Has anyone thought of painting the fog light surrounds body colour (or contrasting colour) and also the small bar on the lower grille.

My citigo is black, so you won't really notice but I just think it may just make the front finished off more.

Anyone thought of doing it or done it???

Nope

Not really thought about that but after looking at it this afternoon I wouldn't bother as the front looks good enough as it is. I'm still debating on a mesh grille though

I'm trying to find a cheap grille to chop up but can't seem to find one.

Ash, there was one on ebay, not sure if its still on there.

 

Fogs and bar, maybe if a different colour like (for example) red or silver. But I don't think getting painted black would really make much of a difference.

I keep my eye in eBay but I didn't see anything.

Just want to make it different but don't want to ruin anything.

I wanted this painted bumper part for my Citigo but dealer said they cannot order parts that aren't available in this country.

As for the strip part, I have also see that on fleabay if you do a bit of searching you may find it.

Sport front splitter from Skoda is in excess of £200 including VAT.

 

Of course if you've found a source for the Sport splitters (either front or rear) for around the £120 please do let me know

I added the white front bumper trim to mine,

 

 

It was attached with plastic glue that worked well for a number of weeks but after a terrible storm it came off (while sat in the drive) I've not seen it since   The fitting instructions listed a number of products to use for attaching the trim, most of which I couldn't get or were quite expensive.

 

I'm now wondering if I leave it as is or get the trim painted gloss black with the grill and fog surrounds  :think:
