Mine also does this, has for a while, easy fix though!!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Go from 4th to 6th and 6th to 4th, these cars rarely need a 5th gear!!!!

Hi guys hope this might help some of you.

Ive had a whining 5th gear for the last 6000miles but today i reset my gear linkages and the whining has now stopped completly and the gear changes are so much smoother.

Just thort ild mention it incase it solves your problems to instead of spending £££ on it
