Hi has any one seen the dyno graph of that fabia on Darkside developments Facebook and it's going to Santa pod on Sunday

Guessing it's yours?

Will be putting bit of a build thread on hear as soon as I have time too

Awesome, look forward to the build and results from Santa pod. What spec is it?

Sounds interesting.

Look forward to the thread and what other non-engine bits you are running too. :)

Nothing to fancy atm gtb2260vk kit 120% injectors, custom intercooler and exhaust and inlet manifold, and a. Sniff of nitrous ;-)

Your username is a bit of a give away ;)

What about brakes, suspension, diff, etc... or is it built for Santa Pod?

Look forward to the thread. :)

Out of interest what does it run off NOS?

Non engine wise, Sachs race paddle clutch, smf, atb diff and some h and m drag tyres, will be putting full spec list. On hear middle of next week hopefully and a couple of pics aswell

Am hopping for 400 before the end of the Sumner lol

There seems a massive divide between whats possible on these gtb2260's

I've seen 3 and they put out between 260-280bhp without nos mind you and with no head work

I believe headwork is required to surpass 300bhp

How does nitrous whack it upto 351bhp?

Do you work for Darkside Developments then?

Be interesting what times you get, although difficult to compare to other cars on here as you will be running Drag Radials.

Mine did 280 without but has done 294 in the past the but mine just responded to nos really well, not really sure why at the moment

I do work for Darkside I don't really know what time al get myself both me and the car have never been down Santa pod :|

Sounds awesome! will be keeping an eye out for the full spec list and pics.

I went out in this one last time I was at Darkside when it had stock nozzles. It didn't hang about then! Bet it's unreal now.

Good luck at the pod!

Cant wait to see the results :D

Sub 13 seconds ... Not too shabby at all !

I think at 320(ish) bhp Jason was running 13.2 and that was without drag radials.

So I was expecting 12.7 or so, considering it had a launch advantage.

12.34 @ 117mph

So better you than you expected lol

That is impressive.

Way faster than any mk1 Fabia has done the quarter mile before in the UK and still on dirty diesel too! :D

I have to admit I have no experience of drag radials though so don't know just how much of an launch advantage they give.

Looks like this chart needs updating...

I think the tyre advantage is clear to see there.

Jason's best time is actually 13.4 (which is a lot slower in quarter mile times) and he was only 4mph slower at the terminal speed.

This Darkside car has blitzed every mk1 Fabia so far.

Hoping to see a video of this car in action sooner or later. Will be interesting to see the launch.
