I'm after some more handling / body control for my 12 plate vrs wagon. Got an H&R RARB fitted, next up some firmer springs with a sensible drop in ride height. I'm going to retain the OE dampers for time being a they're still fairly new. Any recommendations? How long does it take a competent workshop to swap them out?

Time wise you shouldnt be looking at much more than 2hrs max. The rears are not coilovers so only take about 20 mins total.

The backs are easy ..as said........

The front ones are sod and take much longer.

Yes. 2 hours will see it done

Is there a guide for changing them yourself, especially the fronts?

Would like to do them myself if possible.

I have PI Springs and rate them highly.

I'm selling my Eibach Springs, not sure if they will your wagon.

What are they off?
