Coilover fitting Lincoln.

Featured Replies

Is anyone in the Lincoln, Boston area who has previously fitted coilovers and has experience on what to do who wouldn't mind helping me do them.

I would pay of course.

So fitting of

Coilovers

New top mounts

Shorter drop links

Thanks.

I got my coilovers fitted by Paul at PC Automotive on the High Street, opposite KFC, very reasonable rates, might be worth giving him a call

PM me for more details if necessary

Only half hour from me if you need a hand

Okay Brimma I'll look into that!

Yeah I may just do that SNH thanks :)

I rang around for quotes for fitting full suspension setup and ZR tyres in the Pelham centre quoted 120 inc vat for fitting plus full alignment for 70. So 190 all in. That was the cheapest i found.

Awesome info and links guys thanks!

However I've spoke to insurance today and it turns out they won't cover me for coilys at all. I thought it may cost a couple hundred but to not add them at all :/ think I may have to change policy holders.

On the plus side my remap cost £17.50 (Y)

Yeah, my insurance wouldnt cover suspension mods. If i do it i will have to change.

But it's all good until that one day something goes wrong and your left paying bills you thought were never possible ' whip lash claims out your own pocket ' and who else knows what.
