  • I've just watched a stream of it (no BT Sport!). Oh my god that was some seriously exciting stuff!   I've been looking forward to the new F1 season.... but this is so much better than it!   I hope

  • Great to see this man competitive again..............long may it continue

  • That was one seriously good bit of action. Even pleased with BT Sport coverage, though I do miss the old Steve and Charlie double act! The interaction between the riders during and after the race is

Anyone watching it? Just about to start!

We have a race on our hands!!!!

No we didn't, we had a Rossi replacement showing he has learnt racecraft, and then used it, and his superior bike, to roll in first, again.

We need some competition for this chap. How about strapping  15kgs of lead to his bike?

This lad is indeed unbelievable!

I don't care whether people think he's only winning because of his 'superior' bike. Danny Pedrosa is on the same machine and cannot live with him in any way! ...and he is one of the best riders to have never won the championship.

Lorenzo appears to have just lost all motivation and seems to have resigned himself to a bad season...  In all fairness, it is always difficult to tell whether he is pushing it or not, as he's so silky smooth. Marquez always looks on the edge and appears to be doing it for fun!!

One thing I like about Marquez is how nice a lad he seems. This may be for the camera, but he seems a really nice young chap and always has a huge smile on his face! Crutchlow on the other hand comes across as completely cocky and arrogant, and I have no time at all for him. If I'm routing for a Brit then it'll be young Bradley from now on, although I've been a huge Marquez fan since day one I must concede!

Cal whoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

Thought it was going to be a great race for about the the first lap and a half. Then Marquez just buggered off into the distance.

Moto3 is more entertaining this year, closely matched, and all elbows and knees nudging each other. As they used to say when the BBC had the programme, and commentary didn't have Jules talking a load of boring pony, "Kids at play".

Can Rossi give the wonder kid a race at his home GP this weekend or will the wonder kid destroy everyone again?

Ianone just clocked the highest speed ever recorded on a moto gp bike on track 217 mph OMG!!!

That's a bit rapid :)

Wow! is all I can say about that race!!

I'm not a fan of Jorge, but he made that a proper race in all fairness to him!

Fantastic racing. Now that is what I call sport and sportsmanship!

What a brilliant final 3 laps that was!

Epic Racing, beats the Formula 1 Shi7e any day

Just brilliant!

Maybe Crutchlow can get some form back next year going to Honda. I suppose he was short of choices last year with basically having no seat at Yamaha for 2014 (bizarre considering the year he was having in 2013,well the first half anyway) but why the **** he thought he could ride the Ducati well god only knows.

I'm guessing his bank balance looks nice and healthy now after his brief stay at Ducati. Really looking forward to see what he can do on that Honda next year!

Everyones calling Cal a plonka for going right when Audi are pouring cash to get the Duc's up there so it'll be interesting to see which way it goes!

Who will finish in second place in this evenings Indianapolis Moto Gp? I'm hoping one of the Ducati's can at least make the podium?

As long as it's not Mr Crutchlow

Agree! I like Ianone. A real cool guy!

Poor Dovvy was never going to get a podium with that medium tyre imposed...

The Doctor was on fine form, especially at the start. Such a cool guy!

However... 10 in a row... WOW! If someone would've suggested a clean sweep 3 races in I wouldn't have even entertained it. Long way to go still, but the odds on it are certainly coming down!

I think Marquez is that good out front that he's not even putting in 100% until he has to. They reckoned that Lorenzo was sticking with him at the end - rubbish IMO, as he had a 3 second gap nearly!!
