Am I middle aged now?

Featured Replies

Got just over 3weeks till I get my Octavia estate elegance 2.0 TDi. It's a first for me, first diesel and first turbo.

It took me almost 18 months to decide on the right car (if anyone is interested in the reasoning just ask) and my wife and son just roll their eyes every time I mention the Octavia.

Is it a middle aged man's car?

Not at all, it shows you're a person who has the ability to think things through without being a "ripped off" badge snob.

Definitely old age creeping up on you yes, did you go for the beaded seat cover and rear tartan blanket options when ordering?

Welcome to Briskoda. :) The answer to your question is yes. As an Octavia II owner I should know. :(

As long as the ashtray isn't full of Werther's Originals you'll be fine lol ;)

I ordered mine a few weeks before my 40th, so yes.

When mpg becomes more important than mph you are officially old :)

Don't worry though, the mid-life crisis is just around the corner, and you can buy something stupid again :D
