Everyone always goes on about how heavy evos are but i bet that its the same if not lighter than your average hot hatch, practical too with the 4 doors...really dont know why anyone would pick a hot hatch

Driving sensibly it isnt toooo bad, only 60quid too fill it soo it looks like it uses more fuel on the gauge than it actualy does

Got a new bit hose to connect the rad to its catch can (wasnt connected before)

Im giving it an oil change every 4k with plugs an filter done every second oil change. Got a timing belt to go on it in the next couple of months

Tbh aslong as its a good example then it shouldnt take much more than that other than the usal stuff like brakes an stuff

Been doing some repairs today, first i noticed a slight hairline crack in my manifold last week...whipped it off today and discover it was slightly more than a qee hairline crack that i first thought

The quality of the welds on the jmf one i have now fitted is miles apart from the old one...no wonder they have a lifetim garantue

Was in glasgow on saturday night getting a few pictures of the car(will post a link to the video in the next post) and blew the waterline to the turbo so had to bodge that and then replace it today aswell

Fun weekend ahead....uprated lash adjusters, new rocker cover and spark plug seals, new manifold and turbo stud/nuts all too go on

Atleast i should finally have a nice quite engine that doesnt decide it wants to be a 2/3 cylinder every so often

Only took me a year to get around to it but i finally fitted my gauges

(The 2 gauges on the left hand side i got second hand and they seem to be a bit tempermental with changinging to amber sometimes)
