Would it be possible to fit a mk2 vrs bumper to a mk1 octavia? Really struggling to find a mk1 vrs bumper anywhere.

Seem to be being broken all the time on here! Though I guess thats the vRS, is it different?

a vrs bumper will fit a non vrs fine.  This that applies to be both the FL and pre-FL editions (even though they have different headlights, etc.)

When I found one. It was ...

A.) too late and someone grabbed one seconds before me

B.) It was too far or shipping was ridiculous 

C.) It was damaged

 

I also contacted few places for body parts and the only front bumper you can get for MK1 Octavia is just a standard bumper. 

No one seems to be selling new VRS bumper and if there is someone it will cost fortune.

I replaced mine a couple of years ago with a new one from Skoda, surprised at the price, seem to remember it was £100 inc VAT.

Mk2 is wider and a totally different shape. Cheaper to buy a new vrs one from a dealer tbh, although there's a few on here and eBay being broken.

I saw on SkodaParts that they have a Mk1 VRS bumper for £150 + vat,so it's available. Not cheap enough though.

I've got a vRS front bumper on my 4x4 which I'd be willing to do a deal with but would want a non-vRS bumper in the correct colour to replace it.
