Having put the wiper set up back on the mongrel, I have my blanking panel spare.

 

Perfect for fabia, I suspect same for Octy.  Just leaves a black circle about 1mm proud.  And its solid plastic not rubber, so looks much better and is much more durable.  Just needs sticking down with something

With me training for advanced driving I was getting fed up with having limited rear vision, so restored the wiper setup for own peace of mind and to ensure full rear vision in all conditions. :thumbup:
