Are these definitely 5 x 100? Aren't most VAG's 5 x 112? I'd be interested in the 12mm's if they were 5 x 112

Most current VAG are now 5x112 (except Citigo which is 4x100)

Mk1 fabia is 5x100 as is MK1 Octavia

Changed to 5x112 on your model so definitely won't fit
