Featured Replies

Just seen the weather forecast for next weekend, all I can say is that I wish it had been yesterday instead.

Not a wellies and waterproofs day :( ?

Edit - thunder could be fun, right?

  • Things I learnt at castle combe today. 1. 98% of all performance car enthusiasts are Welsh 2. Most enthusiasts prioritise a bit of carbon wrap over good dental hygiene. Or teeth. 3. Skin tight Lycr

  • I remember the gazebo from last year, it was raining just as heavy under the gazebo as outside at several points during the last spring action day. That was also quiet windy if I remember.

  • BTW, I hope the other club stands are an improvement on last year. UK Cougar really didn't live up to expectations

Hmm leave the track wheels at home then :D

Early days yet (I hope) :D

If it is wet, I am unlikely to be bringing my huge gazebo as its not very waterproof anyway....

Yep still have a week for the weather to change :)

Hope the weather does change as it would be an interesting day and was looking forward to pushing the car a little, and myself... in the wet I think I'll be taking far more care until I got that bit more comfy with it.

Combe in the wet is fantastic! Best track day I ever had there was when the track was completely waterlogged. That's when you learn car control :)

There'll be an R32, Audi A8 and a BMW 1 series at least, there'll be a few. :D  Oh and a couple of Clios I think on the track session.

In a list of non Skodas, a mk3 Octy vRS doesn't really count :P
