Not overly fancy or anything, just a car I hated shape of when it was launched but then changed mind on like I do with all new BMW's in time. I like the colour and it has the remains of a lovely flock of black cows inside. Good service history below average miles, just serviced inc 4 new sticky hoops. Drives like a new car, more so like a new car than my Octy vRS did the day I picked it up from the dealers with 7 miles on it (hard to explain).

535D M sport would be the IDEAL one in my heart at moment. But in reality the suspension is utterly useless for the crap roads here :( So SE is only real choice. My specific criteria was for a 530D SE manual and most seem to be autos with fairly high mileage and all around DPF end of life area. There are a handful of things I think I will do to it for preventiveness like the swirl flaps, just need a good dry day to strip it all down to get at them.

The time has come again to change cars! 

 

Car No.24 shall be collected on Friday. Viewed, test drove and spent near 2 hours going over and agreed on a good price today. My quest to find a nice wee Mk1 Fabia vRS has failed, almost happened but too few and far between here. I have been looking for one here since December and as the MG was a stop gap car (although I did try to place it as my main long term car), it's time to move on. I had been looking at the same time for one other specific car and I have found one that I approve of at last! Seen plenty of furbies about but folk are not selling the good ones it seems :(

 

Regardless NEW CAR TIME WOOHOOO!
