Plusgas and a blow torch were needed last time I did one. The irony was it'd had been swapped over 18 months previously so should have been quite easy.

Can you start the car and let the exhaust warm up that way?

I've got a can of plusgas, can't say I noticed it was particularly brilliant, but it was on a 10 + year old rusted ford Ka

C'mon, it's good but it's not that good! I normally spray the night before if I know i'm going to be dismantling parts the next day. I have both spray and the conventional oil.
