Hi Guys,

I have agreed with Colin to sign up and pay my sponsor fees, in order to offer the site a member run service offering (hopefully) interesting detailing products and services.

The main idea will be to help people try different products, to make these available at a reasonable price for you with no additional postage charges, with a mix of sample sizes and full sizes.

To start with, these products will be offered in a limited availability flash sale type format, more or less as the Group Buy system works at the moment. This is a known format on the site and it suits me as it allows me to plan the events and keep things tidy and organised which should mean a good service for you.

My thoughts to launch things next month would be with a flash sale on 100ml testers of a single product with a target price of £4.00 delivered (similar cost to CYC but free postage), now I have some thoughts of my own on this: Sonax Xtreme Brilliant Shine Detailer, Autobrite's fantastic Cherry Glaze or a dilutable wheel cleaner concentrate but the whole concept of what I want to do is based on making it interesting for you guys.

So please use this thread to post up suggestions/votes for any products you would be interested in trialling, for now this can't include wax, I will select the most popular suggestion on 2nd June with a view to beginning the sale on the 9th.

Can certainly look at tyre dressings.  Don't know if I can offer Gyeon's Q2 Tire at the target price, but will investigate.

Any thoughts on a product you would like to see?

At the moment i'm working through the Britemax range...... mainly as they are all DA friendly - Blackmax, ExtremeElements, MaxShine to name a few.

 

But i have an interest in testing out some CarPro products..... Fixer, Reflect and Eraser for example. I currently have PERL and RELOAD and very impressed.

 

Not sure what else you have in the pipeline....

Brilliant idea, for me personally I'd be interested in both, pre-wax cleaners from the likes of Dodo Juice and Bilt-Hamber etc (so I could see the benifit with my own eyes), and maybe a glaze product, I've heard good things about the Poorboys stuff (to really get the paintwork to zing!).

I will be up for some samples for sure. New to the world of detailing but willing to learn.

You could do a snall write up on how and why use each one so people can sample.

Some people are completley new and need advice, some just want to play and see more product without getting the full bottle.
