I did have bad experience with them where somebody wrongly labelled parts in one warehouse! Had to make a trip to a store, knowledgeable chap sorted me out pronto eith the right part and I got a nice discount when I was making my next purchase - rather happy That's why I am coming back.

In truth, like Garry said, buy cheap crap expect it to fail...

Those Lion batteries are shocking!

 

We started supplying them at work (indy garage), I think most of them came back! We had enough, our customers had enough, we will never touch them again! Using Bosch now.
