Oh it's just one bloke rolling about in his train? Never heard of that before to be fair, must get horrendous MPG :D

No your right in what your saying mate regarding trains, I just meant that first video I posted with that locomotive. They normally just haul crap around the Network with one bloke driving, horrendous things they are.

I know it is all over the top and that, I was just trying to put it in perspective that's all (I probably failed miserably! lol)

OT, but what do you do on the railway? :)

I work for Network Rail mate, worked on this thing for many years but now in the office.

ah right, the measurement train :)

What did you do on it?

Bloke from work went to drive those, I'm a driver ;)

I was a Technician so operated the test equipment and acted as a guard.

So your responsible for revving those dirty horrible things and blowing holes in the ozone layer! Lol ;-)

Am I right in saying HST's might do 1 mile to 1 gallon on a good day if your lucky?!

I see your point.  No doubt electric is cleaner if you're stood on the platform next to one :D

Something daft like that!

The DMU's I drive aren't quite as bad as the HST's and Loco's :)
