this might be a how long is a peice of string question but here goes.....

im looking to buy some 17" vRS or S3 alloys, most of them are down south :(

there will be alloys and tyres, posting in central UK.

just wondering if anyone has done it and who is best to choose?

I thought you had an A4 :confused: Are you putting vRS wheels on it ?

I've posted some alloys, it was those Saab Viggen wheels. Was dead jammy actually - I went to a self storage place to look at the flatpack boxes they did and one they had in 50x50x50cm Thought to myself that 17" isn't far off 50cm, and two x say 8" wide with packing would be 50cm too, so grabbed two boxes.

The wheels slightly bulged out the sides, but it was the perfect box for a 17" alloy... or two. To send individually, obviously you need twice as many 50x50s, but 25cm high.

I then just used a courier, which was cheaper than Royal Mail. www.interparcel.com is who I use.
