How to make my Fabia Louder?

Recommended Posts

Hi chaps

I currently have a Skoda Fabia 1.2 TSI Monte Carlo 105 and i want to make it sound good and i dont mean really chavvy and loud but a decent sound, Im not great with exhausts/mods in general so dont hold back in your replies haha.

Ive heard some people say that i could just get a new exhaust tip from ebay or even skoda and that would give me some raspyness but thought the best place to ask would be here!

any advice would be great.

The most simple way would to remove a silencer.

Or you could get another catback exhaust system.

is this easy to do? where would i have take it?

My mate chopped the back box out of mine so it became a straight through, my god going through them gears was mega!! However the police pulled me over as he thought I was driving erratically, still doing the speed limit though.  Funny thing was as it was in a car park he said at least people will be able to hear you before seeing you. :D had a laugh about it anyways, but did get it changed back as was told it wouldn't pass MOT.

Aftermarket exhaust? Shouldn't be too loud so long as it's only a cat back system?

You can always take it off and sell it on after if you get fed up or sell the car.
