Don't expect to be able to replace those Les, I think Sports Contacts general release in the tyre dealers are 5's nowdays, great grip in the wet some do think they wear fast though.

Makes you wonder where all these SC2s are coming from and when they were manufactured.

Just had my 10K service and had 6mm on the back, 4mm on the front...... planning to replace with SC5's when required.

Sniperpenguin, it sounds like you're making full use of those SC's, good man, I loved my SC3's and everything I've heard about the 5's is good too, never beat winters in snow but for everything else they got the thumbs up from me and I kinda figure you've gotta expect some wear from that kinda grip.

I can't as I don't have them - I have some horrible Dunlop SP Sport Maxx GT that are great in the dry but not too good in the wet.

My Contisportcontact2 are marked Wk24, 2014 which fits well with the car build date being week 29. Continental has a bunch of plants across Europe including the Czech Republic.
