Boot issue

Featured Replies

Hi

I have a 06 skoda octavia mk2 1.4 petrol. The boot worked perfect now all of a sudden it will not respond to the fob or to the hand level under the number plate. I can open it from the inside emergency level. I'm wondering is it as simple as a fuse? I have looked everywhere but cannot locate one.

Not sure if it's related but the interior light will not work even though bulb and fuse are good

Any help would be appreciated

Mine did that. I had by a mistake pressed lock on the key when it was in the ignition. Doors opened like normally but boot locked. Took the key out and pressed unlock. Then it worked again
