hi guys ive just got myself a 1.4 16v lupo as a doner for my fun

The ally block 16v units are not compatible with the gearbox in the felicia they have a bellhousing which is different to the older cast iron block engines, so you will have to use the gearbox that comes with the engine which is fraught with it's own difficulties such as driveshafts and gear linkages which would all heed sorting out.

so wrong car brought for the conversion tom ?

If you are after a quick project for your felicia, I would fix up the lupo and sell it on.. Is not an impossible transplant but it's not worth the effort.
