Been thinking about getting a tailgate spoiler for my Elegance but noticed that the newer Sports/Monte Carlos have a slightly different spoiler. 

 

Older type;

 

 

Newer type;

 

 

Which one would you get?

Both look good; which one do you prefer?

I've got the older one on mine it looks good. But I have to say I like the second version too!!

When did they start putting the newer type spoiler on the Sport? Would a 63 plate Sport have the newer one?

Pretty certain it's a stick it on job, know screwing/drilling required

The 2nd one is nicer, that's what is on our Sport  

Now I prefer a bare rear end without a spoiler. (no pun intended)

Done mine myself, came with all you needed. Just sticks on.

My Citigo S arrived today and I want a the front and rear spoiler on it.

 

What's the price on them?

Dosen't the spoiler hit the arial when the bootdoor opens all the way ??

I think with oem it shouldn't, depends if you have the shorter areal, perhaps with the custom one it might clip but it's a risk you'd have to take

They don't touch the aerial at all. Short or long aerials.
