Basically I think it shoots the bonnet up like a cushion if you run someone over... My vRS was a very early demonstrator, so probably does have it, I'll be checking when I get home.

 

As it turns out, even though mine was a very early vRS, it does not have it. That's a bit of a relief.

Only very early vRS had the active hood protection, its not available now even as an option.

My early Elegance has it as well, but my on order L&K won't have it

I will hopefully be sending of the final numbers to SS tonight when I'm home from work. Then tomorrow send the payment through. Not sure how long superskoda take to deliver stuff tbh. But the company I will use takes 3-5 days.

Sorry, been away for a few days - haven't had anything from you but I am an Octy3 chap. No active hood for me (mine's only a few weeks old).
