Have you tried ringing him at work? It seems to be the only way of getting hold of him, and only on individual cases by the sounds of it.

 I got one, but meant to have 2 for Mark 3. I need to give him a ring at work as email / Facebook pm etc gets no replies.

 

+1.  I tried ringing once but got no reply.  Been away with work for most of the last 3 weeks but will be finished travelling at the end of this coming week (for a while at least) so will try him again then. If you do speak to him can you enquire about mine please?  I actually paid him a little extra to cover the higher postage charges to the Channel Islands.
