What's 'gall soap', and how did the missus get air freshener on the seat?

 

Gall soap is soap made from the gall bladder of cattle - allegedly the enzymes produced by the gall bladder digest fat and grease.

The "Scentportable" by Bath and Bodyworks consists of a pretty little holder which clips to the sun visor holds a disposable plastic pouch which come in a variety of scents and you change every 4 - 6 weeks.   Anyway, on a roasting hot day in early July when the temperature hit 31 C, the pouch must have melted along its seam and dripped the contents on to the driver's seat.

Try websearching for $product_name + "COSHH data card".

It's a product sold in the USA and not available in EC countries.

Just excellent and neutralises odours.

Stripper scent sounds awful! 

I wouldn't like to get my nose too close to any strippers I've seen.

But if you're happy for your car to smell of tuna, sweat and cigarettes then that's up to you :p

I've had a Cod in my car, but NEVER a Tuna.

Have you tried White Vinegar to remove the stain? 100% natural & it's cheap, 50p per 500ml in most supermarkets. You can use it for cleaning glass & all sorts of things.

Have you tried White Vinegar?
