Hopefully he decided against buying it.

It's clearly not as good as the seller suggests, there is no history of who has done the work and it's a Cat C.

Why would you unless it's really cheap? and it's not.

I wouldn't even if it was really cheap, hasn't even got the door shuts painted it's still the original colour.
