Problems removing 1.9tdi pd sump pan

Featured Replies

So yesterday i went out starting a service on my octavia changed the air filter, oil filter, fuel filter and drained the oil when i went to replace the sump plug i noticed that the thread had all came out and once putting the new sump plug in it will not tighten. I was pretty annoyed by this :(

So I decided to change the sump.. After removing varouis bolts it would not come off after further looking around i noticed that they are four up the side of the flywheel area 2 which can be accessed and another two which can't the two i couldnt access i decided to get a hex socket too with the ball on the end thinking this will be able to get them out but not it has just rounded the inside of the bolts i now have no idea what to do anyone got and suguestions?

Loosing the will to live with this sump atm.
