Can't say I've seen more than a handful of 55 plate cars yet, perhaps as I don't have a commute any more.

But I was more than a bit surprised to see a 55 plate yesterday on a Rover 75!

Not seen that many, did see an Octy VRS on a 55 last week.

We were at the new Skoda dealer in Colchester last week and saw a 55 Octy vRS. Plates stated 'Skoda Uk'. This surely must be one of the last ones !!!

However there is a distinct lack of all '55' plate cars on the roads.

See 2 vauxhall vectra estates at the local auction house on monday. also seen a rover 45 on a 55 plate that was a weird site.

And that's about it, to be fair I used to look out for the new regs but I dont anymore

Apart form my Fabia VRS I have only seen a Fiesta ST and one of those big Land Rover V6 things. Expected to see more 55's about I guess new reg's aren't as important to people as they used to be?

The current vRS is still going to be made for a while iirc even when the new one is out. We just sold a 55 plate vRS estate.

quite a few '55s around here, got a couple down my road... both are cooper s' foolish people!

Nevermind, get well soon and perhaps I'll see you there another time ....... hopefully not because anything major is wrong with the car though. I'm only dropping it off tomorrow because there is a slight intermittent buzz from the drivers door when the stereo is on, and I am having the door unlocking programme changed so I don't have to double click for all the doors to unlock. Oh and since I went in yesterday to book the car in th drivers seat has started to creak

I saw my first 55 today. But a bit weird really. It's an Octy 1 but not a vRS. He must've got it cheap, it was a taxi but unsure of the engine.

I'm getting a 55 plate ford focus tomorrow for work..... not getting rid of the vRS though
