Anyone done it yet? Anything to look out for? Any big bugs before I install it?

I was wondering the same sort of things today...

Been downloading at home whilst I'm at work.

Shall be upgrading this evening...

Do you run Office?

Got Office 2011 for Mac AND iWork.

Installed now - not found any issues so far...

Running fine:

Office 2008

Photoshop CS5

Teamviewer

Safari seems a bit quicker as well, but that might just be an illusion....

Me too, all good, with the exception of the magsafe charger having a 'blip' although it might have been my fault as I unplugged it from the mains before it had finished 'optimising' - whatever that is.

Anyone out there use Yahoo Messenger and has it running???

Mine won't run now and I can't keep in touch with friends who live in Ireland.

Went on easily enough, although had a little moment of terror when it said less than a minute left and it froze for nearly half an hour. Looks clean and fresh. Not tried the hand off features yet. No bugs found yet, and the new iTunes is great, it's finally possible to organise albums by artist then date. It's like having my record collection back!

It was in the previous version. I had mine sorted by artist and then by date.

Never found that one.

Glad to hear they're returning Camera Roll in the newer iOS 8.1 update soon.  :)

Thought you were talking national park in America till I saw the heading. Some big bugs there !

Just installed Yosemite now

Looking good

I've just started to get problems with my wifi connection (BT Home Hub 5).

Disconnects, then it won't reconnect, even with the right WPA2 password.  Will connect after several re-atempts.  Hub and MBP restarted.

I'm just starting to read the discussions boards and it would seem I'm far from alone

Installed, all working fine

Installed and running fine so far.

Connects to my 'old' time capsule fine.

Safari is quite different but very fast.

Full screen now accessed via green button top left. much more sensible.

I can even make calls and receive calls via my mac now.

When iOS8.1 comes out I will be able to send and receive texts from the mac as well. I do a lot of that for work, so that will help.

installed it yesterday love it :)  :coffee:

I installed it Sunday night.

Who likes the new bar at the bottom? (Sorry I do not know the real name for it I am still a Mac newbie)

If I am honest I think I liked the old one better, the new one looks flat.

As for issues with running it or programs not running the only issue I had were with VMware Fusion Version 6 - I had to upgrade to 7.

Installed smoothly, not seeing a huge difference, though I only use the Macbook for XCode and streaming football. :)

I like the new look, clean and flat. The old one was starting to look dated.

Yes, its a known problem. If you go into the HH5 advanced settings and split the 2.4GHZ and 5GHZ SSIDs, and then connect to the 2.4GHZ one it will stay connected the whole time. The problem is with the 5GHZ frequency, so the key is to use 2.4 instead.

I've been running 10.10 since public beta 4 and not found anything that does not work, except that Wifi issue with BT HH's.

I installed it Sunday night.
