Featured Replies

hi guys

i think i have found a polo 1.4 for my fun conversion

any idea how i can tell if its the 100bhp model

its a s reg

1.4 open air thats all i know might b able to get the engine code but not sure yet

regards dilk

reson for posting is i brought a lupo but its the wrong lump n got no room to store so want to buy the right 1 this time lol

If it's an s reg 1998, the only 100bhp model is the AFH engine code.

That's an 8v one, probably an AEX engine code which is 60bhp

cheers tom knew u would know

the junt keeps going then lol

my lupo1 says 16v but was old its the wrong1 for the conversion

Actually scrub the last... Just noticed the 3 screws on the air filter housing, that's a single point injector version so it's not an AEX, either way it's not what yo are looking for anyway.
