What Size Brake Discs!?

Featured Replies

Sites such Euro Car Parts can't give me a straight answer!!

For my 2014 Yeti Greenline, do I have 280mm or 288mm as all these sites list both sizes under the same car!!

Thanks in advance :)

I thought you were upgrading these? :)

Best way to be sure to be sure, is measure what is on your own vehicle.

Wheel off, and then you know.

Dealers can give the exact number with your vin iirc

ECP should show the PR codes for the two options and that code should be shown on the sticker on the boot floor.

I'm hanging on for now until we go to stage2, its a big job with callipers, hubs and struts needed. Current set up for mostly normal road use will do for a while so I'm just going to upgrade the discs and pads :)

That's an easier way to check, two dealers also gave conflicting info!!

Use DS2500 pads and ATE super blue :)

I don't know if it is the same for your car as with my dads Jetta, but he went to order some disks the guy said which size? There's a small size and a big size, it turned out it had the big ones on the front and small ones on rear. (might have been the other way round but I don't thin it was) Best way of finding out wil be to measure I think.

Even Skoda CS didnt know what size rear discs my car had

Measuring is the best way forward
