Mine just smells like bad eggs if the screen wash has been sat in the bottle for more than a week.  Tried different brands too... hmm.

Only ever had that on one car when I made the mistake of not cleaning out a beer bottle or two very well. My god, the stench!!! I deliberately ran the screenwash dry, then filled up with a high concentrate mixture... Possibly some warm water with bleach went through first. This was pre-2005 and thinking gets "foggy". :)

Good few things to look for here, thanks people.  Will start by switching brand though and thinning it down a little more.  Up to now I've just run forecourt products and gone for ready-mixed so I could top up there and then.  I'll look for something better.

I did have a brand that left a kind of cinnamon smell for a while that wasn't so bad, don't remember what it was unfortunately, but the current stuff is bloody potent and just smells of chemicals.
