Those front cup holders are funny little things!

I managed to get this from ebay which cost only £2.89 and is perfect for the odd coin etc.

It comes with a lower ring section which I removed to get it to fit, then I wrapped some insulation tape round the base to get a snug fit.

I'm not sure what would fit in the tiny cup holder next to it. Perhaps a tiny cup ... Lol

My Roomster came with one of those as standard

Good call, but I went for the phone holder cup holder insert instead (Ideally I'd like both, but there's only room for one up the front in the Rapid):

Yep, the phone holder is a genuine accessory - available from any Skoda, VW, Seat or Audi parts counter (used in all four makes of car you see). RRP is £20 from the parts counter, but I picked mine up from an eBay seller for £10.

It fits in the normal size holder - exactly the same location as you've put your ashtray one.
