VW Golf, Bora, all the same..

In my experience they are a bit different - I borrowed a couple from some mk4 golfs and they fitted differently - a bit further forward or backward (I could tell from the dirty ring mark on the roof), however they still grip down and a make a good seal.  Ones at scrap yards however might be a little bit part their prime, so take care when removing the base.
