Featured Replies

Quite by chance I met fellow Briskodian Harry Stainer Today at our local Dealers. As you all know Harry's vRS has been Re-trimmed in Black Leather with Grey Inserts and Stiching (and Door Cards aswell.)...........Well I've seen it in the flesh and it's the "dogs Danglies" Absolute Stunning :) . I was even Invited to sit on the seats WOW what more can I say "You've seen the pictures I've seen the real thing" I can recommend the Re-Trim and the Quality of the Work looks Stunning................".Looks very much like the Wife will be working nights on the Town Hall steps" " I WANT..... I WANT Nice to have met you Harry........................Andy  Looking at Black Leather with Yellow Inserts and stiching..............Cos my cars YELLOW

Thanks Andy nice to meet you too :)

Yes, I am very pleased with the results of the leather the quality is excellent. The seats not only look better, but are more comfortable and easier to keep looking tidy. Glad you liked them.

I really liked the look of you car too mate the alloys you have on at the moment looked really smart in my opinion, and suit the fabia well. I asked about octavia vrs wheels for mine but at

Paul at Seatsurgeons was wondering if somone would have the balls to have Yellow leather when we talked about colours last week!!

Surely someone with a Yellow Furby ought to go for that ;)

My mum wanted a red insert instead of grey but I said no, Fu(k off i'm paying for it so its gonna be grey how I want it :D

Tell you what stu.............I'd have it...Black leather, Yellow inserts and Door cards Yellow stitching............ :) Slaver :) Slaver :) Has to be the right shade of yellow though...........Might have a trip over there tommorow to see what's what (and to see what shade of yellow they have :D )

I think the yellow insert would really look good on your car Andy. I wanted the grey because I like the OEM look and wanted it to look as if I bought it with leather seats as standard

Mine's cream, does that count?

It's all about the whole package really isn't it. If the car was black then red or yellow would look silly, but on a yellow it'll probably look fine.

OK Chas.....I'll be the Guin'ea pig....................No seriously I'm now thinking of all black with Yellow stiching...............So many combinations

Yellow would deffo look the business on a yellow car...only thing is that it might be vulnerable to fading if it is exposed to sunlight? That would be my only concern about going for such a colour in the inserts. However, Paul's leather is of the highest quality and may not suffer from such effects, I don't know.

Chowy - If you could let me know the details for this place that sells Octavia alloys I would be interested thanks. My local garage was selling them for

Same with me Harry, I had to do a double take on yours as even though the black is on the outside they look like the car was supplied like that.

I have seen some pics from my dealer, who have the leather pack in the same as the oem seats with the white around the outside. Looks like a mare to keep clean like that.

Cheers

Lee
