Sticky "return/cancel button" on steering wheel

Featured Replies

Hi,

Since today the "return/cancel button" on my steering wheel gets stuck each time I press it.

I have to play a little with the opposite buttons (dial) to get it back to normal.

Do you think a visit to my dealer is coming?

Seem to think there was a similar issue with some Octy III's, might want to have a search in their forum.

Don't have any buttons on my steering wheel. What's this all about?

It's for the Multi Function wheels :)

Found it, thanks. (http://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/301787-sticking-buttons-on-vrs-steering-wheel/?hl=%2Bstick#entry3599168)

It looks like cold is the issue. I guessed as much.

I'll contact my dealer to see what they say.

You don't have it? Whatever.

You do have it? Groovy baby!

If you can, just try it.

No MFSW on mine :(

Should've bought a... :)

MFSW really is the business.  Rarely need to look away from the road at the Amundsen.

There's a recent thread about retro fitting the switch modules, they're not expensive and vcds can hook it all up.

If that's really possible I strongly recommand it!

Volume, source swicth (radio/mp3/aux/BT/CD), calls in and out.

Really not a gadget.

Should have bought a.... +1

One thing I missed when driving the Citigo and because I had it in my previous car the next had to have at lease the basic functions covered on the wheel.

This one though seems to have pretty much everything covered.
