Still wish I'd never sold it

    A Black 55 plate from new for me.  Sold it to raise some cash for a larger deposit on a house and wife didn't want to let her VW Beetle V5 go.  I too wish I'd kept it.

    A silver 03 plate one of the first, had it for 3 and a half years which is a long time for me, was a really nice car, and yes wish I had never sold her. Had the mk2 vrs which was never as good as the mk1 and only had it for 9 months.

    Is it just me that doesn't miss the MKI :D ?

    I felt sad selling my Lupo GTi but didn't care a jot when the MKI went.

    I'm the opposite, had a MK2 sold it, now have a MK1 and wish I still had my MK2! Swaps anyone? Ha.

    Well if your Mk1 was the same age, same mileage same condition then yes I think I would.

    I still miss my mk1 vrs such a great car
