Fender flares Yeti Outdoor?

Featured Replies

Hi,

Anyone whos found fender flares that will fit the new Yeti Outdoor? Skoda hasnt developed any that will fit the facelifted version.

Iv only found a metallic finished version from milotec, but I want a matte finish.

Thanks

Peter

No one who have spotted any wheel arch extensions for the outdoor?

I think the answer is No!

Peter - welcome to the Forum.

You might perhaps want to make further enquiries of both your dealer/prospective fitter and this website as to whether these matte fender flares would fit a FL Outdoor - http://www.superskoda.com/Skoda/Yeti/Yeti-ORIGINAL--Skoda-Autoas-fender-flares-full-set

I seem to recall someone did do a write-up on this Forum of the fitting procedure for this kit some while ago - a search perhaps?

Then kit in the above link is for the pre-facelift Yeti. The Op is asking for a shiny kit for the new model. I can find no trace of any kit.

IIRC there are different part numbers for the mud flaps for the outdoor and indoor yetis, due to the shape of the rear bumpers, so even if one type is the same as the pre fl yeti there is still 50:50 chance it wouldn't fit.

I think there have been a few posts on here about a few members having problems attaching them to cover up corrosion problems, but I don't know if the body panels differ between the mk1and the facelift, but if they are fixed ok they look ok.

Yes the panels are slightly different, hence the current covers don't fit.
