How do you access the headlight dipped beam bulbs on a Spaceback 1.6 TD?

On the Toledo (Rapedo) It says removing dipped headlight bulb is up under the front wing. Turn wheel to access a cover under the arch, remove cover, replace bulb. Sounds simple enough, I've never done it. I don't know whether it's different on the Rapid, as most other stuff seems about the same apart from badging.
