price imo is abit steep heres what she said

Hi Steve,

Just finished drawing what will be the ‘stock’ design.  Wasn’t sure about the logo but found this ‘vrs’ on the net... is this the right one for your Fabia?  If not send me a jpeg or a link to the logo.

Standard cost for a set of dials is £85.00 plus £15.00 for the logo but you can have the first set made for £75.00 including P&P (saving a further £7.50)

As the blue doesn’t show well against the  black during the day we place a layer of white over the top – this gives a white day / blue night effect.

Time wise custom dials take us 4 – 5 weeks (depending when our next batch is being made).  They are made out of stainless steel and can be left the natural metal or finished in black or white.

Prices are
Skoda Fabia MK1 dials - £85.00
logo - £15.00
custom font - £10.00
Custom notch style - £10.00
P&P - £7.50

Look forward to your reply.

Best regards
Naomi

For me that's a lot of money on just disls

i have also mailed another company awaiting reply

Not convinced... Like Jack says it's not a lot of money, but on dials just seems wasted a bit (for me).

But I'm sure if it's what you're after and what you desire it'll be great.

I also think it's better to see them "in" rather than as a concept as it always look different - does to me anyway :)

I like the white finish, mainly because (being old and decrepit) it's easy to see and I think it looks better, but, I would need to get the rest of the dash lights and switches done to match otherwise it would look silly (IMHO of course).

The prices for just the dash binnacle are a little ouch! I would want the whole dash and the door switches done for that sort of money.  I know, I'm a tight wad! lol!

So they're purple then turn white when you have the lights on?

I'd move the Vrs logo down, so it sits above the LCD panel

What ever happened to this?

He fitted them and is using them.

Check out his speeded up videos on youtube, you can see the needles flicking round unrealistically quickly on this very dash display  :sun:

IMO you would be much better getting Dark_Hero to change the LED’s, my Superb instruments he did (the odometer etc is clear in normal use and not washed out as it appears):

I've asked him recently and he politely declined, for my interior light at least.

I'll let you know once I get a new soldering iron and can do this for you :)

I'll look forward to it, seems a shame for it just sitting there! Thanks :)
